Manual / Low Volume
Use the SDI Dust Removal System as shown. The hand roller is smoothly applied to any flat surface, removing any loose, dry contamination. The roller is then cleaned on the Adhesive Pad which traps the contamination, leaving the roller clean for the next surface.
Use High Tack rollers for rigid substrates such as glass or metal. Use Medium and Low Tack for polyesters or polycarbonates, or our special Thin Film polymer for very thin materials (<125μ).
Use a Silicone-Free roller and pad, where coating or laminating (such as with membrane switches, to ensure adhesion.
Medium Volume
A development of the Dust Removal System is the EconoClean series of sheet cleaners. These machines can process and clean any material either in-line (uni-directionally) or off-line at the operator's side (auto-reverse) mode. Both sides are cleaned at once, and anti-static bars ensure no re-attraction of airborne contaminants. Versions suitable for very thin materials are available, and Silicone-Free polymer and adhesive rolls can be used in sensitive areas.
The EconoClean is available in 24" (622mm) and 40" (1016mm) versions - (Also Silicone-Free).

The MicroKlean HD series represents the highest end volume Graphics production.
Companies running three-shift operation will benefit from the robust construction and front access of both the Adhesive Rolls and Polymer Rollers.
The MicroKlean HD is normally manufactered at 60" (1524mm) cleaning width - larger and smaller custom sizes are available - (Also Silicone-Free).
Semi
or 3/4-automatic moving table screenprinters
The MicroKlean SS3 can be installed onto virtually any moving table screenprint machine. Operating in perfect tandem with the press, single sided cleaning of the top side of the substrate is carried out automatically as the table moves in.
